Job Description

We are looking for Practice Head / AVP- Data Science for our Hyderabad /Bangalore office Role : Practice Head / AVP- Data Science Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad The Head of Data Science is responsible for the creation of new data science capabilities for the business by envisioning and executing strategies that will influence the business's performance by enabling informed decision making. Responsibilities: Define best practice and thought leadership around data science. Take initiatives and conduct exploratory data analyses and experimental designs, which will help the business to better understand trends and behavior within the market. Work with various departmental heads across the business in order to provide advanced analytic data modeling systems. Lead the development of big data capabilities and utilization as well as the coordination of cross-functional analytic initiatives. Collaborate with the data engineering team in creating big data applications using. structure and unstructured data. Partner closely with product engineering to design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate hypothesis tests aimed at optimizing customer experience, business KPIs and product funnels. Analyze experimental data with statistical rigor. Ensure accurate interpretation by combining business acumen with detailed data knowledge and statistical expertise. Collaborate with our growth team to find novel ways to activate and engage users. Identify the immediate needs of the Machine Learning infrastructure, with a focus on setting up the ecosystem end to end. Get access to the best talent in your network to build the data science team
