Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Intern to join our sales team. The intern will support our inside sales activities, helping to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales growth. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their sales skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Prospect Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication tools to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow-Up: Assist in following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline, setting up meetings, and providing relevant information.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Customer Interaction: Learn to understand customer needs and communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements


  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
