Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional talent ready to join the Creo Parametric Data Exchange team in Pune, leading a team of engineers. The role involves both technical and people management responsibilities for a cross-functional team of software engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers working on Creo Parametric Data Exchange.
- Develop Creo Neutral format for data exchange in Creo Parametric (bi-directional - export and import).
- Develop GPI wrapper APIs for Neutral changes.
- Work on import and export of 3D formats in Creo Parametric such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V5, NX, etc.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and support the professional growth of team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and data exchange.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of C and C++.
- Experience with import and export of 3D formats in Creo Parametric.
- Knowledge of CAD kernels like Parasolid, Granite, ACIS, CAA is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in leading and managing software engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
