Hiring | Recruiter - Talent Acquisition | Headstart Manpower Consultants | Nagpur | recTAngpHMCstuti

Work Timings

Batch1: 9.30am-7.30pm

Batch2: 10am-8pm

Work Days: Monday - Saturday

CTC Structure: Fixed (between 8-20kpm in hand) + Performance based incentives

JOB SUMMARY
A talent acquisition executive ideally is someone who can understand the need of an organisation, gauge which skills are essentially present in a perfect match and accordingly source tentative matches that best suit the organisations/clients requirement
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understanding the requirements, what kind of profile will be the right fit and accordingly providing the best suited matches for further interviews conducted by client/management.
2. Outbound calling of data provided by team leaders.
3. Connect with candidates, assess their profile and interest, check if it is in line with the requirement and then proceed with the next step as per SOP.
4. Sending CVs of candidates whose profiles are relevant and vetted; to the client for further evaluation.
5. Align interviews of shortlisted candidates and ensure communication is maintained consistently till closure (i.e; selection of the right candidate).
6. Be the point of contact for all documentation required from the candidate and submit the same to client so the final offer can be released.
7. Ensure that the selected candidate is on-boarded in a hassle-free manner.
8. Coordinate with the admin team as well as client for Payment Follow-up.
9. Throughout these processes, there is a need to maintain confidentiality of data and not indulge in any form of malpractice as it will be subject to legal action.
