Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively and creatively source and maintain relationships with top talent in the industry
- Collaborate with the hiring managers as a true business partner to understand team growth needs and technical hiring requirements and to create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical and soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and leaders to provide insights on the hiring market and improve recruitment processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring for technical positions.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles, preferably in the Healthcare domain.
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and various sourcing tools.
- Proven experience working with ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing candidate pipelines and documentation.
- A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
