Designation: Executive (Sales)Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijaywada
Qualification : MBA, Graduate
Experience :3-10yrs (FMCG) Company Roles & Responsibilties: The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of products, operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient in a specific geography.
The major responsibilities includes: sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.
The candidate is required to have following characteristics:
- The candidate should be an aggressive sales officer who can get things done expeditiously and efficiently
- The candidate should exhibit high levels of integrity and elicit trust, from our various stake holders like existing and potential Distributors
- S/he should possess the ability to view issues in a wholistic perspective and think strategically.
- Working early morning hours as well as extensive travelling is a basic requirement
- Exhibit team work and demonstrate, guide distributors and their salesman
