Job Description

Urgently required Secretary for Real-Estate Sales office in Dombivali, Thane location. 

  • answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • filing.
  • organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • managing databases.
  • prioritising workloads.
  • Real estate secretaries are the administrative assistants to real estate agents. They handle a wide range of tasks, from scheduling appointments and taking notes during meetings to managing databases and maintaining records.

    Real estate secretaries may also be responsible for handling customer service-related issues that arise in connection with the services provided by their company or agency. This might include helping clients find information about properties on the market, providing them with contact information for agents, etc.

  • A real estate secretary typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, such as scheduling appointments with clients, answering phone calls and emails, and filing paperwork
    • Scheduling meetings with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions
    • Coordinating with other members of the team to complete tasks such as preparing contracts or sending notices to tenants
    • Providing support to brokers and other agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and taking notes during meetings
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, maintaining databases, and providing general office support
    • Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and landlords, including communicating with tenants to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work
    • Managing listings of properties for sale or rent, including uploading photos, creating brochures, and sending out marketing materials
    • Keeping abreast of local real estate laws and regulations, government regulations that affect real estate, and market conditions to help identify potential investment opportunities
    • Drafting letters and notices to clients, colleagues, vendors, or other parties involved in real estate transactions

Sunday will be working and Monday will be off. & 1 more day off in Month. As per company rules.
