Job Description
Description:We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist with 12 years of experience to assist in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will support campaign setup, lead management, data segmentation, and performance tracking across marketing platforms. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to contribute to scalable marketing operations.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing email and digital marketing campaigns
- Support lead management workflows and database segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategy and execution
- Maintain and update marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across marketing tools and systems
- Help optimize campaign processes and operational efficiency
