Job Title:Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer(.Net)

Experience: 2.5-8 years

Location: Noida

Shift: Day Shift

Job Description:

  • o Highly skilled senior .NET developer with a strong background in building scalable, generic, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web and windows applications & products on the Microsoft technology stack.
  • o Understand & analyze complex functional requirements.
  • o Conduct code, design and process reviews, including code sampling design reviews, code profiling, unit test reviews and process adherence for source code control and builds
  • o Help create, innovate & improve design patterns & application architecture for the project.
  • o This person will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources to build highly-performing enterprise systems that improve clinical outcomes and increase staff productivity and financial performance.
  • o Participate & Contribute to create Rich UX Design.
  • o Experience working in Product Performance Optimization.
  • o Work with QA team for bug fixes and for performance testing.
  • o Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
  • o Preferably nearby Delhi NCR region

    • Desired Profile:

    Technical Skills Required:

  • o Strong insights into design patterns, application architecture, generic programming, various programming paradigms.
  • o High analytical ability. Ability to understand, create, optimize advanced algorithms. Exposure to advanced data structures.
  • o Strong experience & skill on .Net 4.0/4.5, C#, MVC, WCF, SOA, SQL Server, Data Warehousing, HTML5, CSS3 .
  • o Good insights & skills into advanced .Net/C# topics - e.g. reflection, covariance & contra variance in generics, multithreading, custom serialization techniques etc.
  • Very strong JavaScript skills - DOM Manipulation, memory mgmt., Closure, hoisting, prototype inheritance, common JavaScript code patterns etc.

    • Mandatory Skills:

  • o .NET 4/4.5
  • o Advanced C# skills
  • o SOA and WCF
  • o Good working experience of implementing design patterns and MVC/MVVM
  • o Strong JavaScript skills along JS code patterns
  • o Good Communication skills
  • o Advanced Algorithms and Data Structures
  • o Great Team player
  • o Good UX Design Experience
  • o Great interest in learning and exploring Application Architecture
  • o Able to follow and suggest industry best practices and come up with out of box innovation solutions

    • Interpersonal Skills:

  • o Team Player
  • o Direct and Open while resolving problems
  • o Excellent Oral and Written communication

    • Education:

  • o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area is preferred.
  • o Microsoft certification is an added advantage.

    • Please note that we expect to hire stable resources who can work with us for minimum of 18months & we have stability agreement for that.
