Administration : Managing and administering the ServiceNow instance, including user access, security, roles, and permissions. Integration : Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and integration tools. Module Configuration : Configuring various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, and more. Workflow Automation : Designing and implementing workflow automation processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
