Job Description
Diverse Lynx is looking for SAP VIM to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Vendor Invoice Management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP VIM functionalities, accounts payable processes, and invoice automation.
If you are a skilled SAP professional with expertise in VIM, we invite you to contribute to our dynamic team.Responsibilities : Implementation and Configuration : Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of SAP VIM solutions.Configure SAP VIM to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with accounts payable processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP VIM seamlessly with other SAP modules and external systems.Provide expert guidance on SAP VIM functionalities, including invoice capture, workflow management, and exception handling.Integration and Automation : Integrate SAP VIM with SAP ERP and other relevant systems.Collaborate with technical teams to develop and optimize automation scripts for invoice processing.
Testing and Optimization : Conduct testing of SAP VIM configurations to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.Optimize SAP VIM processes for efficiency and accuracy.Documentation and Training : Create and maintain documentation for SAP VIM configurations, processes, and best practices.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to enhance their understanding and proficiency in SAP VIM.
Requirements : Proven experience as an SAP VIM Consultant.In-depth knowledge of SAP VIM functionalities, including OCR (Optical Character Recognition), workflow management, and exception handling.Hands-on experience with SAP VIM configurations, customization, and optimization.Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and invoice automation.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).SAP VIM certification is highly desirable.
