Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Tech Lead with 12 - 14 years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, MVC, Blazor, SQL Server, API Development, Angular/REACT, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database programming, object-oriented programming (OOP), and software architecture. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, creating high-quality software solutions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of both Agile and SDLC methodologies

Preferred candidate profile

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documenting requirements and developing solutions. Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment
