Job Description
Description:We are looking for a "Team Lead" to manage a group of specialists working on data entry and content-related projects. You will support senior leaders, improve team performance, and make sure the work is delivered on time and with high quality. You will also help improve existing processes, train team members, and support hiring activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Docs
- Good experience in training design and team development
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and public speaking
- Very detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage tasks independently and take ownership
- Experience in handling client communication is a plus
- Should be a quick learner with a positive attitude
Job Responsibilities:
- Help Senior Leads and Assistant Managers with daily tasks
- Lead and manage a team working on data entry tasks
- Identify talent within the team and help them grow
- Ensure work is delivered on time and meets quality standards
- Improve existing processes for better speed and accuracy
- Prepare regular reports to track team performance and progress
- Create and deliver training programs for the team
- Work closely with other Team Leads for better coordination
- Plan and manage small projects independently
- Support in hiring and evaluating new candidates
- Communicate with clients and other teams when needed
