• Performing telephonic interviews.
• Extensive cold calling to fulfil the job requirement.
• Coordinating with candidates for interviews.
• Maintain your entire hiring data.

  Operations

oordinating with clients.
Responsible for all the tasks related to task execution.
Coordinate with various training centers for online and offline exams.
Analyzing and maintaining operational data and monitoring the data.
Perform the tasks as required by managers.
Communicate with upper management for task details.
Assist in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed.
Conduct background checks on documents required.
Receive, handle and respond accurately to any mail and other related correspondence on behalf of the Manager.
Escalating critical issues to management for immediate resolutions.
Managing communication related to assessments on time and as per the norms of the company.
Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives.
Planning and managing projects and contributing to the innovation of projects.
Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
