1) 4 years of Development experience in Salesforce

2) Salesforce Admin, Customization and Configuration Knowledge Lightning Aura.

3) Very Strong SFDC knowledge and components for SFDC (SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.)

4) Having certifications is highly desirable

5) Integration patterns and approaches ( both inbound and Outbound), Knowledge of Salesforce security Architecture. Knowledge about System Stability and Performance, Salesforce Best Practices
