Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for Banking (Voice) Process.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our banking customers through telephone interactions. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding various banking queries, including account inquiries, transaction disputes, loan applications, and general banking assistance.

2. Provide prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues by actively listening to their concerns and offering appropriate solutions.

3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers, ensuring their experience is positive and satisfactory.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products, services, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers.

5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas towards enhancing the overall customer support experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the banking industry or related field is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet.

4. Ability to handle confidential information securely and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

5. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends or holidays as per business requirements. Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and are eager to contribute to the success of our organization.

* Salary bar: Up to 2.10 LPA.
