Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to lead and grow our corporate client base. This role involves end-to-end sales responsibility from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on B2B clients for our gifting solutions, food products, and vending machine services.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify, target, and qualify potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
    • Build a robust sales pipeline across industries like corporate offices, institutions, and hospitality.
  2. Client Acquisition & Sales Closure:
    • Conduct detailed client meetings and product demos (virtually or in-person).
    • Prepare customized proposals and negotiate terms to close high-value deals.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and consistent communication.
  4. Strategic Sales Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with lead conversion efforts.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Analyze competitor offerings, industry trends, and client feedback to improve offerings.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
  6. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain CRM updates on lead progress, client interactions, and conversions.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 24 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting, FMCG, food services, or vending solutions.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client engagement abilities.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic Excel reporting.
