Overview
Lenskart.com is looking for an enthusiastic Tele/Chat sales Representative to contribute in generating
sales for our company. He/ She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and
maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent
communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or
services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company
grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Roles and Responsibilities
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and
services.
Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company
products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable
recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirements
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Problem solving and Negotiation Skills.
Graduation / Post Graduation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Proficiency in English.
