Job Description
Role: Salesforce Associate (Marketing Cloud)Experience: 2 to 7 YearsLocation: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Gurugram
JOB SUMMARYSalesforce Associate will be part of a highly skilled capability group, working for clients across various industry verticals, to develop high-end software products/ services, involving configuration and customisation. You should have an exceptional verbal and communication qualities and be able to present and communicate technical designs and solutions to peers. You should interact clearly with clients and the on-shore and off-shore project teams. You should have an exceptional written skill for solution documentation creation for both technical and non-technical material. You should be able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines. You should have a background in Marketing cloud along with exposure to SFDC, and deployment experience in a multi brand and multi market.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESThe individual should have extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas:Solid hands-on experience working with Marketing Cloud (Email, Mobile, Automation Studio as well as content, contact & journey builder)
Experience on JavaScript, HTML & CSS
Expertise in Business Requirement gathering, Analysis & conceptualizing high-level framework & design
Exposure to SFDC and its integration with SFMC
Conceptualise integration via API (inbound and outbound), sFTP and with middleware (good to have)
Experience in REST & SOAP APIs, knowledge of Salesforce limits involved during Integration
Should have experience with data modeling and solid on data transformation using SQLs
Strong experience in designing and working with large scale multi cloud applications
Excellent consulting skills, oral and written communication, and analytical skills
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist & Marketing Cloud Developer certifications
SECONDARY REQUIREMENTSMarketing Cloud Consultant
Knowledge Social Studio, Advertisement Studio & Interaction Studio
Incident and problem management skills
Ability to provide necessary coaching to bring lesser experienced up to speed on the technology
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESStrong written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter and self-learner with keen interest to grow
