Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary We're looking for a Head of Financial Partnerships who will be overseeing a high-performing team and managing all relations with financial institutions, with a key focus on maximizing treasury revenues and enabling key treasury and trading products through them across different domains. A professional who'll take proper care of existing and new financial institutions partners. Someone who'll enjoy. being single-mindedly focused on closing new deals which takes our balance sheet to the next level Up for the challenge Let's get in touch What you'll be doing Being the main interface of Revolut towards all our banking partners Engaging at the most senior level of coverage teams and senior Managing Directors Working with treasury trading on planning of investment strategy and dependencies on financial institutions Negotiating Nostro rates and derivative contracts (ISDA/CSAs, GMRA, Triparty clearing arrangements, etc.) Fronting due diligence sessions and liaising with internal executive-level stakeholders Organising QBRs / regular meetings with key strategic partners Conducting P&L analysis of Revolut and partner banks What you'll need Experience working in financial institutions, background in corporate banking preferred Understanding of key treasury portfolio and landscape of key players in the different vertical across that portfolio Negotiation experience on rates and derivative contracts Familiarity with Banking Risk and Regulations (Due Diligence, FinCrime, Onboarding) Understanding of banking P&Ls (key ratios especially around liquidity, capital leverage and credit risk) Deep expertise in negotiation of derivative contracts Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have Background/good understanding of Treasury industry Good knowledge or passion for Crypto/FinTech industry Experience with credit facilities and debt negotiations (Review of Corporate Finance Studies, credit facilities, etc.) Core payment knowledge Benefits at Revolut No ping pong tables or bean bag chairs, just benefits you actually want Get what you need to succeed Financial benefits that show we value your work Medical insurance for you and your close ones Flexibility to work from home, the office or abroad A free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks Exciting events year-round so you can get to know your team
