Sr. HRIS Analyst @ Barracuda Networks

Job Description

• HRIS Management: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Workday, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. Partner with IT, Finance and HR to ensure data integrity.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within Workday to streamline HR operations and improve user experience.
• Reporting Analytics: Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and compliance. Utilize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• User Support Training: Provides technical support to HR partners world-wide, resolving issues in a timely manner. Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Project Management : Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and module enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Create user guides and training materials as needed.

• 8+ years experience using Workday or other related HRIS
• Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
