Key Responsibilities: -
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills Required: -
- Proficient in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Proficient in client-side scripting like JavaScript and ReactJS
- Proficient in server side scripting like NodeJS, ExpressJS, Redux
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure if any tech glitch issues resolved. Also work with Product Management and Engineering for the release of the fixes.
Ideal Experience: -
- 3 to 6 years of industry experience.
- Bachelors or Master s Degree in Computer Science/ IT
- Drive discussions to create/improve product, process and technology
- Provide end to end solution and design details
- Mentoring the Junior dev s exposure is a plus
- Lead development of formalized solution methodologies.
- Passion to work in startup like environment
