Job Description

Provide technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting issues and resolving problems
Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and ensure that their needs are met
Develop and maintain customizations and configurations in PeopleSoft applications
Design and implement new features and functionality in PeopleSoft applications
Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patching and upgrading, to ensure the stability and security of PeopleSoft systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
Participate in the testing and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules and upgrades
Participate in project planning and management activities as needed
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and design principles
Strong comunication and interpersonal skills
