About this opportunity We are looking for a Campus Recruitment SME to drive our Campus growth story via strategic plans for campus recruiting and supporting building a stronger and diverse organization. What you will do Build and execute the companys campus. recruitment strategy to generate talent pools of passionate and intellectually gifted candidates for the firm! Evaluate all stages of the companys form er campus recruitment process to create greater transparency as well as efficiency of scale! Design and oversee onboarding and orientation for all campus hires to ensure a quality new hire experience. Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence from campuses through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, etc. Work closely with relevant teams to refine and implement a robust campus hiring governance program. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create employment brand in the campuses. You will bring Post Graduate/ Graduate in HR Management or related field. 8 + years of Experience in Full cycle recruiting and campus recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection process, compensation, offer proposal and approval process, offer closure, on-boarding, branding, program management, university relations and diversity programs & more. Broad understanding of diversity best practices & inclusion programs, & its creation of greater business value Openness to work in a matrix environment Additional Requirements: Quickly builds relationships and trust with key decision makers and stakeholders to drive action in rapidly changing, highly matrixed environments Project Management Skills Strategy Execution Knowledge & Skills Ability to influence decision making Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore Why join Ericsson At Ericsson, youll have an outstanding opportunity.
