As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-PAINT you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to theSection Head - Paint Shop.
The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP's of the Paint Shop function.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. The position serves as a focal point of Frame Assembly operations within the company
2. Requires coordination of work with direct reportee workmen, contractors,
Support departments and management to ensure timely delivery of quality product to Customer
3. Read blueprints and technical drawings
4. TPM , Improvements such as Reduce set up time and machining time through process improvements
5. with Production planning, execution ,estimating and reporting
6. Shift Operations - A & B Shift

B.tech (Paint Technology / Chemical Engg.) ,or Diploma (Paint Technology / Chemical Engg.)

1. Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation
2. Experience of TPM
3. Experience of Safety & HIRA
4. Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints

1. Gujarati Language skills to deal with primarliy Gujarati based manpower
2. Eye for details
3. Comfortable to work in Shifts A + B Shift
4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
