Job Description of SI Sales

Business Development/Sales Consultant

Candidate should have experience in selling IT solutions to enterprise/Higher Education Institutions, Government Sector in India. Good Knowledge about Indian IT market, good communication skill and excellent customer relationship skills are required for this role.

. IT Solutions may be from below list but not limited to:

  • Networking and Storage Solution
  • Data Center and Server Solutions
  • Business Computing services
  • Information Security & Availability Services
  • Office Infrastructure solutions

Main responsibilities:

  • Achieving, revenue, collection and profit targets.
  • Development of new accounts, Relationship building in the assigned accounts across domains
  • Strong relationship with customers and OEMs.
  • Understanding the need of customers and mapping it with our suitable products/services.
  • Participate actively in tender specking, pre-bid and bidding process for various key accounts
  • Understanding IT Solutions offered by JILIT and its OEM partners & positioning to customers
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and create a 3X pipeline for the business
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Build client success stories, references and be responsible for overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update sales MIS and reporting to management
  • Work actively with JILIT teams like bid management, pre-sales, services etc.
  • Work actively with OEM pre-sales and sales teams
  • Coordinate with OEMs for strategically targeting new accounts and ensure closures before deadlines
  • Maintaining accounts receivables in compliance with objectives
  • Sales forecast & projection on daily / weekly / month & Quarterly basis
  • Funnel management for the assigned territory

Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Management Post Graduation.

Experience Band for all requirements:

1. 4-8 years of IT / System Integration and Service/ Solutions sales experience.
