Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to desktop users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform basic network configuration tasks.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
  
• Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in IT support or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Proficiency in configuring Outlook email clients and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
