Job Description
RequirementsRole & responsibilities
- Banking software applications.
- Consultant/Business analyst with experience in Requirement gathering, Solution design, Product walkthrough, UAT Support & Stakeholder Management
- Should have experience in Core banking functions including transaction accounts, loans, mortgages, payments, Cash management, Accounting and Trade finance. And also channels like automated teller machines, Internet banking and mobile banking.
- Must have Strong banking domain experience and a willingness to learn about central
- banking. Core banking, Lending, Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance etc..,
- Should have experience working on at least one implementation project from the requirement phase
- Good documentation skills with good experience in preparing BRD, FSD, Solution Design
- Document, Business process mapping, Epics and User Stories
- Must have worked on-site with banking clients in client facing roles. Preferably core banking product implementation
- Willingness to travel for duration of 3-6 months including countries in the Africa region. Travel is non-negotiable
- Experience in Transformation Programs is an added advantage
- Ability to maintain all project documents and should have a good understanding of the process flows, user stories, and use cases
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have good product demonstration skills
- Must have good stakeholder communication skills
- Must have participated in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of
- implemented solutions
- Must know the software development lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of product implementation and working through the defined configuration.
- 4+ years of core technical banking experience
- Experience in story writing
