Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3-5 years of experience in IT (Product or Services). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR operations, generalist activities, employee engagement, and employee data management. Prior exposure to the BFSI sector is a plus. This role will focus on supporting business units, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Generalist Activities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and HR records.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Handle HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive HR wellness programs, team-building activities, and DEI initiatives.
3. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business leaders to understand HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning discussions.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive performance management processes and HR best practices.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented across teams.
- Stay updated on labor laws, statutory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions and policy-related escalations.
