Role :
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, high-value programs across global markets, with deep domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Cash Management, and Channel Banking. This role requires a balanced combination of delivery leadership, technology insight, and business acumen to manage complex programs, oversee large teams, and align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Leadership:
- Manage and deliver large-scale, global programs (>$10M), ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams of 40+ members across geographies including India, Europe, North America, and APAC.
- Drive OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery through robust planning, execution, and governance frameworks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies that led to a 25% reduction in delivery issues and escalations.
- Standardize and optimize program management processes, resulting in improved efficiency (15%) and cost savings (10%).
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and manage CTO-level relationships to drive long-term client value and retention.
- Translate complex business requirements into technology and delivery strategies.
Technology Oversight & Strategy:
- Support technology teams in evaluating and implementing scalable infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to align delivery with long-term technology roadmaps.
- Drive innovation in program delivery using automation, performance engineering, and modern delivery models.
Financial & Operational Excellence:
- Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and quality standards.
- Provide value-added services including centralized infrastructure support, technical security policy enforcement, and enterprise tool integration.
Core Areas of Expertise:
- End-to-end Program Management & PMO Leadership
- Banking Domain (Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash & Channel Banking)
- Cross-Geo Delivery (India, Europe, North America, APAC)
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External up to CTO level)
- Value-Based Services: Enterprise Automation, DB/System Engineering, Bid Support
Key Requirements:
- B.Tech/M.Tech with 18+ years of experience in Tier 1 Services, FinTech, or Product firms.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or architecture (preferably in Java, springboot & cloud-based systems).
- Proven experience managing large-scale product deliveries in the banking or fintech domain.
- Deep understanding of banking products such as Core Banking, Lending, Digital Payments
- Strong critical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-performing, multi-disciplinary global teams.
- Deep expertise in technology delivery, banking systems, risk management, and compliance.
- Prior experience working under pressure in deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and analytical capabilities.
