Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team and cross-functional partners to create user-friendly digital products and services
• Support user research activities and assist in conducting usability testing sessions
• Create wireframes and low to medium-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders
• Help maintain design systems by creating and documenting UI components
• Learn and apply current industry best practices and design patterns
• Actively participate in team discussions and design critiques
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in UX design (internships included)
• A portfolio demonstrating fundamental understanding of user-centered design process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar
• Basic understanding of user research methods and design thinking principles
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn from team members
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Enthusiasm for creating great user experiences and solving design challenges
