: Customer and Sales Support Executive

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Promote and sell our services to prospective overseas customers.
• Reach out to potential customer leads through cold calling.
• Managing the questions of the clients and clearing their queries regarding our services.
• Serve customers by determining requirements and answering inquiries.
• Must show the willingness to learn new things.
• Must have experience with international clients

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

• Proficient in both written as well as verbal communication in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Internet.
• Familiar with international variances in culture.

 

Salary: At par with the industry standards + incentives and allowances( UPTO 30K)
