Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work on team satisfaction w.r.t to work culture, learning, growth, etc.
- Keep track of and analyse HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, TAT for all types of letters).
- Onboard new team members and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.
- Drive team engagement programs to retain the best talent and have very high employee satisfaction.
- Lead cultural initiatives and build strong positive habits by organizing monthly team and cultural events and setting up training and speaker sessions for teams.
- Implement new HR initiatives and ensure they run smoothly, e.g. by setting up/improving existing HR processes, ensuring a great onboarding experience for new joiners, identifying new benefits & perks.
- Administer benefits like leave management, employee recognition, RnR programs, gifts, etc.
- Assist in all-around office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationeries, and pantry supplies, etc.
- Making sure all the types of letters like an appointment, relieving letters, increment, internship, etc. are issued within timelines.
