Coordination with internal and external teams for enhancement and maintenance of communication products and other digital applications
Define, measure and drive key usage metrics, generate Product insight by leveraging analytics
Integrate internal and external applications together for various projects
Identify areas of improvement in the current data pipeline and revamp the same to improve stability and data processing time
Design develop and implement data driven strategies to achieve improved customer experience and revenue for B2B and B2C clients
Required Candidate profile
SQL, Excel, Python or R
Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority
Strong project management and coordination skills
Preferred: Prior working knowledge of product management and/or product Analytics, exploratory data analysis, design experience. Startup experience, continuous learner
