Roles and Responsibilities:
Responds to queries from customer through chat to answer queries / inquiries, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organisations products or services.
Understands customer query and responds to it ensuring that all queries / concerns are answered via web chat.
Update account information and performs general maintenance upon customers request.
Understands customers needs and maximises opportunities to promote relevant products and services.
Exhibits promptness and politeness using the appropriate language while answering customer queries.
70% Customer Service 30% Up selling
Shift: Rotational Shift /Flexible to work in any shifts and timings
5 days working , 2 rotational offs
Minimum Eligibility: Graduate/HSC Freshers and experienced can apply
Location : Malad
Should be able to commute to Malad.
