Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing profiles (technical and non-technical) and ability to source passive candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with both hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
