- With your team members, you will also remain focused on delivering enhancements by working closely with customers to synthesize requirements into appropriate software design, as well as partnering with the global technical support team to assist customers. - You will be part of establishing and implementing best practices and setting R&D processes, standards and automation, as well as identifying areas for improvement and adding your input to process improvements and the creation of new practices.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Designs, develops and debugs enterprise software for the BI and Analytics market.
- Applies advanced systems analysis techniques to evaluate newly created code
- Provides thought leadership and innovation within technical domain
- Can document and communicate complex technical topics outside the immediate development team
Required Candidate Skills :
- 5 - 15 years- Java/J2EE software engineering experience, developing commercially successful applications that are, scalable, highly available, and expose robust APIs.
- Strong knowledge of BI concepts and analytical tools
- Experience with the Agile development methodology
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to deal professionally and collaboratively with all levels of the organization and across geographies
Desired Candidate Experience : Strong knowledge in databases, JAVA/J2EE, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC and SQL
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
