We have an excellent opening for a Senior Accountant in a Multinational Company based in Vashi Location

Designation: Senior Accountant

Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Working Time: 9 AM- 6 PM

Qualification- Graduate / Post Graduate

About the job

Financial:

• Assisting the Accounts team in proper & accurate day-to-day Book-keeping
• Assisting the Finance Manager in estimating the funds required to undertake tasks, complete projects, and Variance analysis
• Supervising month-end processes and preparing MIS reporting in stipulated format
• Assisting the Finance Manager in preparing the necessary data, for correct and timely submission to tax advisors, external auditors, CCO, CFO, and other Public/Statutory Filings.
• Maintaining financial records
• Preparing balance sheets & cash flow statements
• Assisting internal controls
• Business Accounting
• The expenditure of various departments
• Liaising with banking partners
• Knowledge of Income tax appeals & scrutiny would be appreciable.
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA, etc would be an added advantage

Secretarial: Assisting & guiding in:

• All compliances pertaining to the secretarial function of the Company
• Coordinating with external and internal teams/statutory authorities
• Handling Board and Committee Meetings and drafting Minutes, Notice for Board, Committees, and Members
• RBI Compliances including filing Annual Returns and filing FEMA returns
• Practical knowledge & experience in ROC, Statutory compliances, Incorporation of Companies, Direct and indirect taxation, PF, PT, TDS, Statutory and Tax Audit etc
