Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Approaching potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.

Conducting meetings and presentations to explain product offerings.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keeping records of sales activities and market feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Should have experience in Field sales
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person.
Must have Driving Licence and a two-wheeler.

Perks and benefits

Preferred Location - Delhi NCR , Chandigarh , Surat

Annual CTC - upto 4.5 LPA + unlimited incentives + 240 per visit + unlimited incentives
