We are in search of Hr & Admin Executive for the Factory @ Asangaon(Mumbai)  

Company Profile : One of the leading company providing packaging solutions across the industry, having manufacturing units near Mumbai & Bangalore.

Position                : Executive / AM- HR & Admin

Location             :  Asangoan ( Maharashtra)

Qualification       :  Any Graduate with PG in HR /  MLS / MSW /MPM

Experience         :  Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities  :

Candidate will be responsible to carry out day to day  for over all, HR & Admin Activities at Plant.

Manpower Planning, Job profiling, Recruitment, section, Induction process.

Implementation of HR policies.

Counselling & Handling employee related issues

Complying with the statutory requirement

Liaison with Govt. & Local authorities. viz. labour Officer, PF, ESIC, Telephone,Watr, Electricity,  etc.
