Job Description

Liaison with internal teams to define requirements and timelines to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data elements required for projects Interpret campaign data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to regional and product focused Marketing teams Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, marketing attribution, and marketing engagement Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting & analytics framework, dashboards, and other BI solutions Use both qualitative and quantitative methods and tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization Translate data into viable business recommendations, present findings, and actionable insights Promote data fluency across organization by documenting and leading training sessions on marketing data best practices Overview: Work Timings: 6:30 PM IST- 3:30 AM IST Cvent is a leading meetings, events and hospitality technology provider with more than 4,800 employees and nearly 22,000 customers worldwide Founded in 1999, the company delivers a comprehensive event marketing and management platform for event professionals and offers software solutions to hotels, special event venues and destinations to help them grow their group/MICE and corporate travel business The DNA of Cvent is our people, and our culture has an emphasis on fostering intrapreneurship --a system that encourages Cventers to think and act like individual entrepreneurs and empowers them to act, embrace risk, and make decisions as if they had founded the company themselves We foster an environment that promotes agility, which means we don t have the luxury to wait for perfection At Cvent, we value the diverse perspectives that everyone brings Whether working with a team of colleagues or with clients, we ensure that we foster a culture that celebrates differences and builds on shared connections About the role: Cvent s Global Demand Center manages the technology, processes and data that generate leads and demand for Cvent s suite of products We are an internal shared services agency housing digital, email, web, and database marketing as well as full lifecycle campaign and program management and execution We are seeking a motivated and passionate data analyst that will support the Database Marketing efforts through strategic recommendations, insights, and action plans that yield higher, and more quality, conversion This role will help drive critical business decisions by analyzing key marketing metrics and designing reports In This Role, You Will: Liaison with internal teams to define requirements and timelines to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data elements required for projects Interpret campaign data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to regional and product focused Marketing teams Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, marketing attribution, and marketing engagement Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting & analytics framework, dashboards, and other BI solutions Use both qualitative and quantitative methods and tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization Translate data into viable business recommendations, present findings, and actionable insights Promote data fluency across organization by documenting and leading training sessions on marketing data best practices Heres What You Need: 5+ years of experience working with databases, data analysis, and reporting Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel Comfortable present data and findings to stakeholders Experience leading projects/initiatives in a professional setting Knowledge of SQL or other enterprise-grade database systems preferred Knowledge of the implementation, measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns is required Data visualization experience in BI tools (Tableau/Sigma), Excel, PPT and other related tools, will be a plus Fair understanding of marketing platforms and lead to opportunity cycle Must be self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced environment, where you will work both with teams and independently Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines This role requires strong attention to details
