Handling the complete recruitment life cycle, which includes:
Candidate identification: Sourcing Candidates through portals, Social Networking Sites , Head Hunting, Through references, Job Postings, most importantly through headhunting my own database
Phone screening : Taking Initial telephonic round to evaluate the potential of the candidate and also to check the interest level of the candidate towards the offered position
Negotiation : Negotiation of rates/salaries pertaining to the position, with the candidates, get them submitted to the client and taking updates from the client till the particular position get closed.
Requirements
Any Graduate
Min. 6 Month tele calling/recruitment /lead generator/process associate/hiring/sourcing experience any good organization.
Good English Communication Only
Good family background .
Who ready to do min. 60 to 100/day telephonic interview .
Good experience in Excel & Word for Data Management .
