Job Description
Position Purpose Summary This position is responsible for Cargill s product promotion to Veterinary customers and Pet Practitioners and convince about the product as per the product portfolio. Meet Pet Practitioners and explain all the suitable products and influence for product prescribe. Principal Accountabilities - Product promotion to various customers as categorized as per business potential
- Meeting Pet Practitioners clinics everyday ensuring product prescribe.
- Achieving the sales plan
- To coordinate with managers for product promotion
- Co ordination between customers distributors for sales development
- To align implement with marketing plan strategies
- Forecasting the business and plan
- Compliance to safety measures on and off the field
- Develop relationship with Distributors retailers visit them regularly
- Monitor the secondary sales of distributors
- Check last 3 months sales data shares the forecast details with ASM
- Coordinates with ASM to liquidate the stock
- Collects the outstanding payments from distributors
Education, Experience, Skills Required Qualifications
Graduate
0-2 years of experience or freshers
Clinic Handling
Good communication Preferred Qualifications
B.Sc (Bachelors in Science)
1-2 years experience in pet industry Other relevant information to the position This position develops an individual to a team lead role and strengthens the sales acumen and communication
