The company aims to educate people on insurance products and has successfully penetrated the online insurance markets. With backing from various investors, Policybazaar.com is at the forefront of the fintech industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as contacting potential customers, promoting insurance products, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
  
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients from diverse cultures.
  
• Utilize convincing power to upsell/cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
