Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable professional to join our team as an Application Support and Reporting Analyst. This role involves learning and supporting a new software application, performing light configuration and development tasks, maintaining documentation, and support reporting processes using Excel and SharePoint. The role also includes responsibilities related to Microsoft Power Platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly learn and gain proficiency in a new software application
  • Perform configuration changes and minor development/customization as needed.
  • Test new functionalities and updates to ensure proper implementation.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
  • Create and deliver end-user training materials and sessions if needed
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and SharePoint data sources.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for data visualization and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for application and reporting needs.
  • Development and automation of a workflows using Power Automate and PowerApps maybe requested as time permits

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to learn and master new software tools quickly.
  • Basic development or scripting experience (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Power Fx, or similar).
  • Experience with application configuration or system administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience with SharePoint lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear SOPs and training materials.
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in application support, business analysis, or operations.
  • Prior experience working with billing or financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other support frameworks is a plus.
