Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads: Actively contacting potential customers to introduce products or services and gather interest.
- Making Sales: Persuading potential customers to purchase products or services through effective communication and presentation.
- Handling Inquiries: Answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Data Entry and Tracking: Recording customer information, sales data, and any relevant notes in a CRM system.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Working to achieve individual and team sales quotas and objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and listening skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Persuasion and Closing: Ability to effectively persuade customers to purchase and close deals.
- Customer Service: Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Sales Skills: Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Typing and Computer Skills: Ability to efficiently input data into a CRM system.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
