Role & responsibilities

Identify and onboard new agents/partners for Motor Insurance sales.
Drive sales through the agency network in the assigned territory.
Support and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance.
Maintain healthy relationships with partners for sustained business.

Experience in motor insurance or related services
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team
