4-7 Years

Operations Management Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Monitoring and improving daily functions Having a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes. Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring. Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
