Job Description
Business Leader is currently looking for an Accountant to work out of the home. The candidate must have a four year college degree with a major in Accounting and relevant accounting experience. The job responsibilities will cover all aspects of accounting from data input to financial reporting, the candidate should specifically be able to:1) Maintain Quickbooks system of accounts
a) Reconcile daily CRM (Admin) activity with Quickbooks
b) Reconcile lockbox and merchant account payments with Quickbooks accounts
c) Maintain Accounts Receivable aging schedule in Quickbooks
d) Reconcile payroll activity between ADP and Quickbooks
i) Generate daily commissions activity reports
e) Maintain major expenses activity
i) Match expenses to correct revenue generating events
ii) Reconcile accounts payable to cash disbursements
iii) Generate accounts payable aging schedule
2) Prepare income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
