Job Description

We are seeking a Load & Performance Testing QA to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining load and performance test plans, creating detailed reports, and leading the analysis and resolution of performance-related issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute load and performance test plans and scenarios for web-based and mobile applications.

Analyze test results and document issues, root causes, and resolutions.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Lead the analysis and resolution of performance-related issues.

Act as a mentor to other members of the QA team.

Utilize performance engineering principles to provide deep insight into application performance issues.

Develop automation scripts to improve the efficiency of load and performance tests.

Work closely with development teams to ensure that performance requirements are met.

Keep current with new testing and performance technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.

2+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in developing and executing load and performance tests.

Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, and others.

Experience developing automation scripts to improve the efficiency of load and performance tests.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
